Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use this website, whatever their device, ability or assistive technology.
Using this website
This website is run by Nodal Shift. You should be able to:
- zoom in up to 400% without text spilling off the screen
- use the whole website with just a keyboard
- use most of the website with speech recognition software
- listen to the whole website with a screen reader
- use the website in high-contrast and forced-colour modes
- read every page without JavaScript (the signup form needs JavaScript for its bot check)
We've also made the text as easy to understand as we can, and we explain technical terms when we first use them.
How accessible this website is
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at level AA. We test every page with automated tools and check key journeys by hand, using screen readers and keyboard-only navigation.
Known limitations
- Our signup form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that you're not a bot. It usually works invisibly. If it shows a challenge you can't complete, email hello@nodalshift.trade and we'll add you to the waitlist ourselves.
- On screens narrower than about 340 pixels, the Turnstile check, if it appears, may be slightly cut off at the right-hand edge.
- The signup form needs JavaScript for the bot check. If you can't use JavaScript, email us to join the waitlist.
Feedback and contact
If you find a problem with this website, or you need information in a different format, email hello@nodalshift.trade. Tell us the page address and what went wrong. We'll reply within 5 working days.
If you're not happy with our response
If you're not happy with how we respond to your complaint, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
